Captopril & Metroprolol in children < 1

At what BP range do you hold these medications in infants ? I was taking care of an 11 month old and I was unable to find the information in the drug book.

That will vary depending on the child's pathophysiology and physician's preference. I don't think you'll find a standard answer for peds. The physician who ordered the drug should specify in his/her order.

Okay, so how about in the NCLEX, would we receive a question like this ? Definitely for adults, but not for children, right?

I think your best bet is to talk to your peds instructor for guidance on NCLEX. NCLEX and the real world are 2 different places:)
