CAPS assessment to enter school. Any advice?

Hi. I live in OK, and am scheduled to take a test on the 10th of Feb. to get in to an LPN program at a nearby tech. school. They said I would be taking a COMPASS test and a CAPS assessment. I could find plenty of information for the COMPASS test, but hardly anything on the CAPS. Has anyone taken this and can they please give me some idea as to what to expect? Is it multiple choice, written, oral, etc? Does it require any superb math skills?

I'm really nervous ( and excited ) about getting in and any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
