Can't find a JOB!!!!!!

Published

I just finish up with my CNA class about 6 month ago, now I just pass the state board exam....I'm apply for jobs but all the jobs want at least 6 month to a year experience . I have no idea what to do now !!!!!!!! How can I get experience when no one willing to give me a chance. CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME PLEASE!

Honestly I have been hearing about your issue which is why I'm trying to get a internship this summer. I also have a couple of close friends who work in a hospital that can help me in the future due to their rankings.I feel like nursing schools don't let their students know that you may not be able to get a job since everyone wants experienced workers. There's also the issue where hospitals don't have or don't want to pay to train new nurses so they just don't hire them.If anything I would say keep searching and if you can go back to the school you graduated from and see if the professors there can help you. They should know people who can help you also try talking to your site nurse I think its called( PERSON IN CHARGE OF YOU AT CLINICALS). I would say your main goal is to find someone who you communicated with while in the nursing program who can help you.Its all about networking now even when trying to get a crappy job. Unless you know somebody all you can do is keep applying.
