Can I take NCLEX-PN in Manila if I'm a graduate of LVN from St. Augustine?

I'm a green card holder here in Nevada USA and I'm planning to take a Practical Nursing course in St. Augustine (Manila, Philippines) 2 yr course.

I'm just wondering if I could take the NCLEX-PN in manila right after completing the course.
