Hello, I am wondering if I can take bioethics as a humanities elective as a humanities is a co req for nursing?

This is going to depend entirely on your school, your schedule, and so on.

Even if it isn't require for your particular program - as long as your schedule allows for the course, there aren't pre-reqs you don't have completed, and you can afford to pay for the credits you can more or less take any classes you want. However, I would recommend speaking to an adviser to plot out requirements for nursing, pre-reqs you may needs, and how many extra slots of elective credits (and if those credits need to be a particular kind - e.g. science based) as you go through the course registration process.
