Can I study the Teas test with a GED book?

Hii! Help, I just got a call that the TEAS test will be scheduled for me to take in 2 weeks...and I have studied here and there, but not as much as I should have. I have a Mcgraw-Hill's GED book, and I heard it would help me to pass...but I would like to know your opinions, and your experiences. I have thought about ordering the ATI study guide, but money is a little short, and all the used ones will take 5-14 business days to deliver, and I dont have that kinda time, but if it's NECESSARY, I can bite the bullet and buy a new one, and get rushed shipping maybe? My main problems are Science, and I'm good at math, but I dont know much about the math on the test, I made a perfect score on the TABE test math, but is that the same kinda math on the TEAS test???? I really need help because I really want to go to school to be a LPN, then later upgrade to a RN in time. Any comments or suggestions will help more than you know! I know the testprepreview site, but im not a fan b/c it doesnt explain the answers, it just says what letter is the answer. I want to learn how to do it, and know why...please help!!
