Can credentialing be denied because of termination history

Hi everyone,

I'm currently a FNP student who has the misfortune of being let go due to events i was too naive to understand as a new nurse.

As a nurse it is really hard to find a work place that you fit in. And I have to say in my case it's alot harder if english is your 2nd language. I was let go from my 3rd job which I worked for less than a year and part of the complain was maybe I have a "language barrier." Mind you my orientation was casual no checklist of things I should meet. Found my 4th job a month later.

2nd time it was with my fifth job. I have to admit it was regarding a documentation mistake I did out of panic. another shift's nurse discovered there was a supposed dti because of its distinct discoloration on a patient's inner lateral foot with multipodus boots that I had for two days and there was no documentation of the patient having any discoloration on the same site from the previous shifts not till the discovery of that nurse. I panicked made the wrong decision of what to do. Thought it was worst to admit it was not observe due to not doing a very meticulous skin check so I documented something different.

Fast forward to now, found a perfect fit with my 6th job. Found it 4 months later. Been with them for more than 2 years. Plan on staying with them for awhile.

But wanted to get the NP degree because I was inspired by an NP and found it to be the nursing field I could care for patients the way I want to.

However, I'm afraid my past would haunt me. What happens when your credentialing gets denied. Would they report your work history? I'm worried about my work gap history. I never lied about my work resume. Always included everything.
