Calling all Jefferson FACT Students Starting May08

Hello All,

Just wanted to see who is starting the FACT program in May!! I wanted to see if some of you are experiencing kinks already with this program? If not just wanted to introduce myself and say hello!!

Hey,

I just got accepted to the fact program. I applied in late january and I had to harass the admission people to find to find the status of my application. Once i finally talk to someone she ask me for an interview and she told that same day that i got in. So now i have a month to do all the paperwork and find a place to live. What are you doing about housing?

I have an apartment in New Jersey. Have you been on the Jeff Portal? There's a discussion board and people are constantly posting requests for roommates. From what I saw, some of the prices seem really reasonable and usually include all utilities. There are dorms also, but they told us at the welcome reception that they fill up VERY fast and it's on a first come/first serve basis. If you need help with the portal, feel free to ask me. You will need to sign up for a Campus Key (information on this should be emailed to you from the school once you've been accepted). Good Luck.

I am starting the FACT program in May 08 also!! I heard it's a really great program. I guess I have to wait and see. Glad to know other people will be joining me as well with the program.:yeah:
