California RN licensing inquiry

Hi, I need advice on this matter. I passed the California NCLEX way back in 2010, no SSN at that time so I wasn't able to proceed with my application.  Educated and practiced in my country (Philippines).  Fast forward to present, I am in active service for the past 12 years and currently hold a SSN and green card to reside in the US.  Will I be able to reactivate my application and proceed with my application to get a California license at this point in time? I would greatly appreciate advice on this. Thank you.
