I believe Deaconess maybe an option for CA but of course you will need to check with the CA SBON. The upside to Deaconess is that they are not only NLN accredited but also include Clinical studies which I believe is what CA is looking for in distance programs.

Indiana State University also offers an LPN to BSN which is NLN accredited and includes clinical hours as well...

Just be sure to check with the CA SBON and then let us know here so we can pass on the info...
