New Grad Salary

I was wondering if anyone knows what the starting RN salary is at Providence hospitals? What about Cedars Sinai? Any info would be really appreciated.

I know that UCI pays about $41 and UCLA about $46 per hour, but these are both probably much higher than other places. I am considering Little Company of Mary in Torrance, or St. Johns in Santa Monica, as well as Cedars Sinai. Does anyone know if all Providence hospitals pay the same starting salary for New Grads? Are they unionized?
