Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone has experience whether it be registry or an employee of Orange Coast Memorial, Long Beach Memorial or Saddleback Memorial? Good experiences there and what floors do you like/dislike? I have an opportunity to work at Orange Coast Memorial as a new grad. I have been a student for a very short time on one of their floors and had a good feeling there. Just unsure, need more info, I guess.

Thanks to anyone who can help

I did many student hours at Long Beach Memorial 3-4 years ago, we were mostly in the ICU and pediatric units. I hated the peds unit but loved the ICU. Most of the nurses were friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. My grandfather also had heart surgery at Long Beach. He had been transferred from another facility (from which he got horrible care) for the surgery. I was very impressed with the care he received at Long Beach. I do know Long Beach also has some really great new grad training programs that can really make a difference to your start as a nurse.
