California 103 NPs

Any member from California ever applied for 103 NP status (Nurse Practitioner Practicing Without Standardized Procedures in a Group Setting)? This is the first step towards independent practice which would be 104 NP (currently no one is eligible yet). 

In the first year of implementation, NP's like myself who have a "legacy" or retired certification (ie, ACNP-BC, ANP-BC, GNP-BC) were not qualified to apply for 103 status but the governor signed a new law allowing us to be included and we can now apply starting January 1, 2025. I'm interested in applying...anyone else interested or have acquired this status and willing to share their experience?
