California NCLEX Passer with no SSN

Hello everyone. I passed the NCLEX-RN last 2010 but since I had no social security number no license was issued and now my application is considered abandoned. Now that I have an SSN, can I just resubmit a new application to the BRN with my pass notice? I have read many threads that only the application expires but not the NCLEX result. Any advise will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Your case sounds very unique. My advice, when in doubt send them an email, because every year things change. The California state board is responsive. It may take a day or two but they will get back to you. I just emailed them this week and got a response a day later.
