California diversion

Has anyone had to go through California's diversion for mental health reasons? I am curious to know others' experience, if anyone is willing to share. I had a nightmare experience with it but that was nearly 10 years ago.

I'm in the intervention program but not for mental health. I been in the program for three years and I have only met one other person who was in the program for mental health. It seems like the requirements and restrictions were the same as a person who went in for diverting or alcohol. We usually do nurse support were discussed our restrictions and requirements. That person end up leaving the program early not sure why they never told us why.
