Last August 23, I sent my application by endorsement to CA BON... 19 days after, I received a letter from my analyst asking me the following.. a.) Copy of Clinical Cases and b.) Related Learning Experience Clinical Logbook.. Unfortunately, I don't have a copy of this anymore, my school doesn't have a copy of my cases anymore.. I don't know what to do...
I want to ask my analyst, if I cannot provide this documents, what would be the result of my application, will she let me study again or she won't accept my application anymore..
