CA BRN Initial Registration

Hi everyone. I passed the NCLEX last 2010 and I got my SSN last year. I submitted a new application along with the other requirements to the Board last January of 2023. The first week of this month they requested a copy of my SS card through Breeze or mail, which I promptly sent. But everytime I check my application status online, it reads that the task is 'not completed'. I emailed BRN to verify if they received the document I sent, I have not received any response. How much longer will I have to wait before they take any action and when can I call for a follow up? I am starting to get worried. Thank you everyone.
