byazide????

i have to take care of a patient who has this on his MAR and i need to make a drug card for it. thing is, it's not in my Davis drug guide. does it have some other name or something? i am sooo confused.

the order is for byazide 25/37.5 PO qAM

maybe i wrote the med down wrong? but i don't see anything in the index that is looking similar.

I did try to search for it on the net but you didn't give me much to go on... what is the patients condition? it it a bp medication?

I'm pretty sure it's Dyazide...just recheck ur spelling...or check maxzide...and their generic form is hydrochlorothiazide-triamterene...
