hey,guys!
Just want to ask you about this Bundles of Care under Infection Control.Sadly this was asked during my job interview and I have no idea about this one. They have also asked about evidence-based practiced which AGAIN i haven't prepared. This is the first time I encountered this questions, in my past interviews they just asked about cases you've handled in the ward, JCI, and such..

Bundles - Infection Control - HPS

1. Central Vascular Cath
2. Catheter Associated UTI
3. Peripheral Vascular Cath
4. Surgical Site Infxn Prevention
5. Ventilator Associated Pneumonia
thanks! i have also found and read through the JCI site..i think approaches about these Bundles are more of infxn control for ICU/MS/OT.
#1: ensuring alcohol CVC hub decontamination is performed b4 each hub access; ensuring 2% Chlorhexidine Gluconate in alcohol is used for cleaning the insertion site during dressing changes
#2: urethral meatus to be cleaned with sterile saline prior to cathetherization; single use sterile lubricant
#4: NO RAZOR for hair removal, use CLIPPER; administer prophylactic antibiotics within 60mins prior to operation
