BSN RN New Grad University Hospital, San Antonio

I am a new BSN grad, just passed my NCLEX and was offered a job at University Hospital in San Antonio. What kind of hourly rate do you think is reasonable? I don't really know what to expect.

Also, does anyone have any opinions or comments about working at this hospital?
