This post is to inform pre-nursing students of different BSN programs in or near the San Antonio area (no particular area).

UTHSCSA (San Antonio)

UIW (San Antonio)

Wayland Baptist (San Antonio)

Texas Lutheran University (NEW - started Fall 2014) (Seguin)

Schreiner (Kerrville)

Currently, the last two are not as competitive as the others. TLU is so new, many are unaware of it. The director is amazing, so I am excited to see what there first class NCLEX scores will be. I believe that parking is free and I-10 is rarely backed up by traffic.

Schreiner is not competitive because of its location. It's about 45 min- 1 hr from San Antonio. Hope this helps!
