BSN to FNP

I am interested in pursuing my FNP, simply because I want more career options as a functional medicine practitioner. One of the things that was so frustrating in my online BSN program was the lack of interactions with the professors. They seemed to just hand out perfect scores on all my papers. I don't really feel like I learned much and got the sense the school just wanted my money and they gave me extra letters behind my name.

Coming out of NP school I want to be confident I am meeting quality standards, etc. I know you still have to pass the exam to become an FNP, but does anyone have any suggestions on a good school? Preferably a hybrid program with online flexibility for coursework with lots of clinical hours.

I am open to options in getting my master's in nutrition or something like that but I feel like they have a harder time becoming established once they graduate.

Please share your experience or suggestions if you have any!
