I think that I can speak for the majority of people on the site: nursing school does suck, and it is hard. That being said, I would first find out if Drexel will even accept your nursing courses to transfer in from Harcum. They may not and you may have to start from the beginning of the program.

Best of luck to you!

Hey thanks for the response, I only did 1 semester of nursing. I'm leaving because of the accreditation status. I WAS ALL FOR DREXEL (I don't mind if its hard ) but now I'm hearing that the standards are so unrealistic ..etc etc . I can stay where I am but if they don't get the accreditation back, me getting my BSN will be almost impossible (I'm GETTING TO OLD lol ).By the way I will have to start over no nursing credits transfer per 3 colleges in the area so who knows. :)

Don't go to Drexel unless they hand you a tremendous amount of money/someone else is paying for you. Nursing pay is NOT worth the debt you will be in for full price tuition there.

Hi guys! I was just recently accepted to Drexel and noticed the price (approx 40k for just tuition). I did some research and I do feel like most schools are in the 35-45K range for a accelerated program. I look at it like your paying for 2 years of school in just 1 year! Does anyone know of a program that is cheaper/has as good of standards as Drexel, I would deffiently like to look into it if so!

Also yes it will be hard, I would hope that any nursing program in such a short amount of time would except a FULL TIME commitment from it students. I've talked to some people who have completed the program and yes they all say it is hard, but if you put in the effort it is doable :)

There are all sorts of discounts for Drexel. Do some Google searches for Drexel discounts. I can be worth joining a "group" or association for the discount
