Hi, I am hoping to start my BSN to DNP program this summer. I am currently enrolled in my MSN program. Acute and Critical Care. Is any one else starting? If so, where? How do you like it so far? How is it set up?!

Ive applied at three. Have an interview with Duke but I'm still waiting to hear from the rest.
In my interview they told me to start thinking of myself as a doctorate student. Definately sounded promising! I'm at Wayne State University in Detroit. They are known for their med school. How is the program set up at Duke?

Question. If you're in a MSN program now then why BSN to DNP? i.e. I thought the DNP was something you started after the MSN.
Long.
sorry, I guess I should have explained better! I just started my MSN program, and I am just one class in, which transfers to the DNP program. My advisor put me in this class with the assumption that I would be starting the DNP program.
Yeah 4 years right? Full time? I am wondering how they are going construct it semester by semester. They have told me, nut it was hard to understand. I saw U of Ms program, it looks good but they don't offer ACNP/CCNP there. I want critical care.
Just two years for MSN-DNP.
