I didn’t see a thread for this cohort yet. Anyone out there in this group? I applied for the BSN-DNP Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Track. Submitted 6 April. I know it’s early but does anyone know a timeframe? It says notifications are rolling so does that mean we can find out before the new July deadline? The waiting game sucks ?

Also, anyone had any luck with getting an actual person to respond to email? I’ve sent 2 emails over the span of multiple weeks (regarding a different issue) with no reply. I’m getting plenty of automated ones from CSON though. I know manning is probably low for COVID but it still seems like awhile

Not much attention on this thread but just wanted to say I got my interview invite today almost exactly a month from app submission. And my other emails answered finally as well. Hope to see others that have applied to Cizik on here!

I applied for early admission so my interview was in January and it was face to face with two professors. I was extremely nervous and well prepared to sell myself but it wasn't as formal as I thought it would be. They are trying to get an idea of who you are. They were interested in my future goals and things I've done in the past that would prepare me for this degree. Just be yourself. I'm sure you'll do well.

I was given verbal acceptance in my interview, app status updated about 5 days later, then acceptance email came like a week after that. CONGRATS!! The group is UTHSC Houston Cizik SON BSN-DNP Fall 2020 Cohort. I’m hoping we get more people in it as acceptances go out.
