Broward College nursing fall 2018

Hi! I know it's pretty early to start a thread for fall but I just wanted to see somewhat of what other people have in their classes and HESI. I have to retake the anatomy portion of the test but everything else I passed, and I have a GPA of 3.18. Also, I was in another nursing program before this and didn't do so well because of what was going on in my life during that time. Do you think this will be a big issue regarding getting in??

Hi! I turned in my application last week so I'm happy to see that you started this thread :)

A 3.18 is a pretty solid GPA, whats your overall HESI score now? I've read on here before that they prioritize students GPA's when choosing who will get in the program... the HESI is more of an overall requirement and a tie-breaker if there's a few people left with the same GPA.

Which campus are you planning to attend. I just took my hesi yesterday I did pretty good and I'm kind of worried about my GPA

What's your GPA? And congrats on doing well on the HESI :) I'm planning to attend at Central campus.

Yeah I've been checking and mine hasn't been updated yet so I guess I'll just have to be patient. And I'm sure 13 points is good! I think anything above 12 is a pretty solid spot.

I have my fingers crossed for you! :) if you read other Broward Nursing threads on here (from previous semesters) you can get a feel for who's been accepted and the amount of points they had.. might give you some peace of mind!
