Brigham and women's

Hello, 

I am a nurse with 12 years of experience who just graduated with my NP. I am applying for jobs now and have a question about the steps at Brigham and women's. Since I am transitioning to the NP role away from bedside, do I need to start over at step 1? This would of course be a pay decrease. Thanks for any insight.
