Breeze RN Initial Exam Application

Hello! I'm trying to get in touch with the BON but no luck so far, so I figured I'd ask this here. I'm a graduate of a BSN program in New York. When filling out the application form, there's a section that asks for your nursing school information. It specifically says to list your nursing program...so does that mean we don't include any other schools we attended in this section, even for prerequisites? (I have another degree from a different school in something completely different, but some of my prereqs are from that different school.) I know that we have to send in ALL of our transcripts (especially because I'm from a different state), but if I don't list the other schools in that section, how will they know when my application is complete? It seems like they don't want them listed there, but that just doesn't make sense to me. Did you all include other schools in that section, or just the nursing school that awarded your degree? (If this doesn't make sense please let me know and I can clarify.) Thanks in advance for any help!
