Blue Ridge CTC?

Anyone attended Blue Ridge CTC? I see they used to be part of Shephard University but can't seem to find anyone who actually went there.

I'm moving from Maryland where we have community colleges in every county. WVa doesn't seem to be the same. Is Blue Ridge equivalent to one of our cc's?
