Does anyone know an economic but quality source for blood pressure cuffs (the manual kind). What I want may not even exist, but I would like a manual sphigonometer with removable cuff with three different size attachments (small adult, regular and large adult). Going to be making some home visits and need my own BP cuff. Need the three sizes to be accurate. Hate to have to buy three totally separate cuffs. Thanx for any info or advise out there:cool:
