anyone familiar with the Betty Johnson hospital in Dunn. How is the medical team and the nursing atmosphere?

I Have worked there but I went to a social that was given in June for people who were considering working there. The person in charge of hiring or selecting who get a interview said that, she can tell by your Resume or Application if you would fit in and if she feels that you are not going to fit in then you will not get a call. It sounds a little clickish to me. Yet the have an ad in the paper daily for nurses.Talking about eating young at least most place allow you to selected as a feast first.
