Best Online coarse for ADN to MSN with less test

I am looking to take a bridge program to earn my Master's degree from my ADN. Of course on-line, shortest time, and the least amount to pay......would be ideal, however, I dont mind being challanged, as long as I am getting a good education from a reputable University, and at a reasonable cost.

I read many (good and bad) threads in regards to WGU and GCU. Simply put, I would prefer something on line. I also don't mind at all writing papers. I am much better at writing papers (and love to do so) that I am at the "Read, comprehend, and test take" method.

Based on this information......Any ideas what would be the best choice for me.
