best nursing school

Can you guys tell me what is the best nursing school in Texas preferably the Houston area? Ive search up and there are about 6 schools in my area that offer bsn program. So far I'm interested in Texas Women University. Is there also programs in the state that pays for your classes in return you have to work for them for a certain amount of time. I read it somewhere in this forum but forgot to bookmark the page. I'm completely new at this. I don't mind working for them if they pay for my tuition.

To be honest, i would apply to all and every nursing college possible. It is fairly hard to get a spot. It is really competitive. If I were somehow accepted to every school in the Houston area, i would probably pick either TWU or U of H. Again, it's really hard getting that nursing seat.
