best ICU to work in Atlanta area

U.S.A. Georgia

i am moving to north metro atlanta area (roswell, alpharetta area) and I'm looking for info on ICUs and hospitals. I am willing to commute to the north part of atlanta (northside, piedmont, others i may not be aware of). I have been in ICU my whole career (4 years) and want to stay in that field. Im coming from a level 2 trauma center, it was a teaching hospital that placed a lot of emphasis on education for RNs, MDs and RNs were very proactive with care, particularly my unit is very team oriented, very respectful of patients, took a lot of pride in their job and strove to provide best possible care for patients possible. Im not interested in community hospitals. I still consider myself a new nurse and am really interested in learning as much as can....and i want to learn how to take care of patients with the best information out there (using updated and thorough protocols and procedures). I'm also use to MDs being fairly collaborative with RNs, most of the hospitalists and intensivists treated the ICU RNs like colleagues and gave us a lot of autonomy in care so we didn't have to call them every 30 minutes for new orders. It really was a good unit, and I'm not sure i will be able to replicate it. Im looking for a hospital and unit that has an overall positive attitude and proactive culture. thanks for any insight.

Anyone?
