Best hospitals to work in NYC?

Would love some input and your experiences working at hospitals in NYC - Manhattan and outer boroughs, Westchester, and Long Island too. I keep hearing mixed reviews about Mount Sinai, NYP, NorthWell and I was wondering how you all liked them?

Can you please explain where you work/ed and why you liked it/didn't like it? Pros VS. cons?

I currently work in one of the busiest city hospital ERs and I'm becoming tired of it, have been there over 2.5 years. Not sure if I'd want to leave the ER or not, I wouldn't mind PACU, OR, L&D. One thing for sure is if I'm going to work my butt off, I at least want to be paid better for it!
