I have tried Kantime (detailed), DatasoftLogic (very detailed) or Kinnser (simpler). Each type has slightly different customization parameters, support and user interface. Others might have different opinions or software user experiences. I suggest you try out their demos first, meet with your QA team, users like field RNs, LPNs, CNAs and other HH or agency office staff to discuss your needs and preferences before deciding.
