Hi Everyone! I will be graduating as an RN in May. I live near Philly and the job market is kind of tight. Once I pass my boards, I will have to take whatever job I can, because like everyone else, I have a house and tons of bills to pay! I would REALLY like to get a job in a hospital. That is where I think I would learn the most, because they have preceptorship programs. However, I may not be able to work in a hospital right away due to the tight job market. Other than at a hospital, where do you all think are the best places to work as far as learning new skill, and keeping my clinical skills up to par would be?
