Best employment chances for new grads

Hi, I'm from MN but trying to move to MD- I'm newly a newly licensed RN and in the process of getting a MD license.

My husband is from MD and we want to move there to be near his family before we start ours

So which hospitals will actually hire new grads? Because we would initially be living in Chesapeake beach with his parents, I'm open to anything in D.C, Baltimore, Annapolis. etc. I'm gonna have to commute regardless.

I am also open to LTC, TCU and home health.

So, which places are worth applying to that do not require entry through a new grad program 1st? Or if a place does, which ones are less competitive to get the new grad program? Any info is greatly appreciated. Anything to save me from this awful going to site after individual site and trying to sort out which ones are worth applying to, LOL.
