I recently started working in a CTICU and I know that I want to go to CRNA school in the future. I am most interested in joining the Scheduling committee but I am wondering if the HAI, QI, Cardiac Monitoring, Research, or other similar committees would look significantly better on my application. Thank you for your input!

I never got asked anything about my HAI committee involvement in any of my interviews. However, I think being in a committee that's focused on improving patient outcomes would be better than joining a scheduling committee.
Just think of how you were to answer if someone in the interview panel asked you "how does being part of your unit's scheduling committee prepares you for CRNA school?" Also, what if they asked you a follow-up question like "how does that set you apart from other applicants who are in committees, such as HAIs, and have researched current peer-reviewed articles to help implement evidence-based practices to improve their patient population outcomes?"
Good luck!
