Best certification for long term care nursing?

Hi, I'm going to be moving, and thus looking for a new job in about six months. I'd like to have a credential to add to my resume, since the job market that I'm moving to isn't that strong (Pittsburgh, PA - but please feel free to tell me that it isn't that bad!).

I've been looking at the NAPNES certification (http://www.napnes.org/certifications/ltc/order_online_study_materials.html but they are in the process of updating their certification and don't have their materials ready yet.

The American Association of LTC Nursing has a certification (http://www.healthed.net/healthed.htm)

And the National Federation of LPNs has a Gerontology certification (http://www.nflpn.org/certification.html)

Does anyone have any recommendation about the most valuable certification? I don't want to work hard on earning one, and then find that it isn't a valued certifcation (:

TIA,
