BEN TAUB

Is there anyone out there from Ben Taub, current or in the past? I was there for a very long time and am in Seattle now. Would love to hear from the Taub staff. Diane

Diane,

I'm not from Ben Taub but my Aunt was a Director there many years ago.

I've been trying to meet Case Managers at Ben Taub without much success.

Any suggestions? I realize you worked there for a while.

Any pointers will be very much appreciated!

Who was your aunt? I may know her. Getting a case management job at Ben Taub will be very difficult without working there for a while. They tend to hire from within for those jobs.

Hey Diane227,

Her first name was Bridget and she's of blessed memory.

Actually, I'm NOT seeking to get a Case Management job at Ben Taub. I'm trying to MEET and NETWORK with Case Managers at Ben Taub. However, I do not know how to go about doing so. Any ideas will be helpful.

Thanks...

You know, I have been away from there for a while. I have no idea who is over that department any longer. They had a rather rapid turnover when I was there. The best thing might be to just call the department directly and ask to speak to the manager. I don't know how they have it set up now. I can only assume that they have case managers on site at both Ben Taub and LBJ hospitals. Good Luck. Diane
