BC/NSU nursing students with children

How many nursing students, either current or recently accepted, have children? My wife and I are both going to be attending the Central nursing program in January, and our 15-month-old son has been on the waiting list for months. It's the same answer every time I call - he's at the top of the second page and they have no clue who will be staying for the winter semester, so they can't tell me what the chances are that he'll make it in.

Can anyone recommend any type of child care arrangement or facility near Central campus? Since we're both full-time students, money is a factor. My wife's father will be able to drop off our son, so time shouldn't be an issue.

If anyone is interested, I would be happy to do a child swap with other parents. I can decently trust anyone who made it to January, since we all would have certaintly passed our background checks :)

As a side note, ten days until everything's due, I hope everyone's almost done! Our titer results STILL haven't come in and I'm starting to get a bit anxious. We're getting our tetorifice shot this week at the Health Department, but we really just need to know our varicella titer results, since we have paperwork for everything else.

Anyways, thanks in advance!!
