Baton Rouge New Grad Residency

I am moving from texas to louisiana to start working after getting my BSN. I'm having a hard time finding information on new grad residency at OLOL and Oschner. Am I automatically enrolled in a program if I apply for a job and get accepted? or can I only apply for specifically designated new grad/residency jobs.
