Hi everybody, I'm starting this nursing school myself in January. I have a nice little one bedroom apartment in San Antonio medical center. It is within walking distance from the school. I'm stuck in a lease until the end of June and I don't need the apartment anymore. I want to move in with my girlfriend who owns her own home but I don't want to break the lease. I thought it would be wonderful if I could rent my apartment out to someone that will be starting the program with me in January. It is an attractive complex and plenty safe! I've lived there more than year now and never had any problems or complaints. I would include the basic funishings like ...bed, sofa, kitchen table, silverware and dishes. The rent is $565 plus utilities which usually run around another $40 or so.
