Hey everyone! I wanted to create this thread for those of us who applied to Banner Health’s New Nurse experience program starting this fall. It’s for new grad RNs as well as BSN students in their last semester of their nursing program to transition them as an entry level nurse.
I graduate in December, and our school works closely with Banner Health. They have an agreement that if offered the position, it will take place of our clinical hours in our semester long capstone course and upon passing NCLEX we would most likely be offered a position.
I applied on Thursday June 17, 2021 but my application status still says “received”. Has anyone heard back yet for interviews? I know they will be conducting interviews throughout the whole application period which closes on July 9th!

Hi! I received an offer from Banner a few weeks ago! The recruiter called me a few days after I applied, did an interview and offered me a position!

Hey!
I will also be graduating in December and relocating to Arizona from the Midwest. I applied for the new nurse program about a month ago. Do you have any previous experience with Banner Health or feedback about the new nurse program?
Congratulations! I do not, but I have heard that they have a good new grad program.
Hey guys! I just completed the NNE student preceptorship program through banner for my last semester of nursing school. I was there on night shift for my capstone rotations in the trauma ICU and it was amazing! Once I pass my NCLEX they said to contact them and I will be able to start on my same unit! however, I am waiting to hear back from 2 residency programs before I accept my offer at Banner! it truly is a great hospital especially for new grads!
Thank you for this! I appreciate you giving us some input about the program!
