Our leader assigned as individually so,my part is doing the laboratory what NSG implication shoul i imply? here are some importance of result that i got ::>>
• Follow up examination of the chest since 1-11-08 shows slight decrease in the amt. of left sided pleural effusion.
• There are no seen multiple thin walled lucencies in the left hemothorax. The hair fluid level in the parahilar is no longer evident. Consider multi oculated pneumothorax versus bullae.
• The left sided thoracostomy tube is again seen with its tip at the level of the right 5th posterior ics and sentinel hole within the thoracic cavity.
• No other significant internal findings.
