back to school

I have been a GNA,CNA, and a medical assistant for over 20 years. Last years I wanted to finish up my degree at Bowie State which was a communication degree. While I was trying to obtain my degree I had some children and and some health issues. I had brain surgery while I was expecting my 5th child. A year later I finished up my degree at Bowie State. The problem I am having is that I had a low gpa 2.5 and I reached my max for financial aid. So I would have to pay out of pocket. Going through this life changing invite change my out look and made me what to help people more. I don't know what to do with what nursing program to try to get in and how am I going to pay for it. I don't want to take from my family. My husband said he would support any decision I make. Where do I go from here. Help with information if you can.
