average pay rate for a contract in Orange county CA

got a contract for icu fountain valley regional hosp in CA , anyone with info on this unit and what is the average pay rate for this region . the amount my company quoted sucks, low 20's am taking housing , health and dental. is the rate usually this low . this is the 1st time am travelling to southern CA ,given the economy and Kaiser lowering their pay rate?

    Yeah that's really bad. When I worked in Santa Barbara, I was quoted $38 base rate, but then the tax free money made it up to like mid 50s. I think your agency is trying to shortchange you. Sure, Kaiser did drop their rates, but they still remain somewhat competitive with other hospitals around. In Portland, Kaisers' perdiem/traveler rate is only $2 less than Providence/Legacy rate. So I find it hard to believe that the rate is in the 20s...they are totally bs-ing you.
