Aussie trained RN with MN in Canada, what value would a masters degree have in Canada? I get needing to be registered and going thru NNAS but would a MN make you more employable, more options, better pay? Thank you for your input ?

Without a Canadian RN license not really. I know a friend who did a Master's and then later went through NNAS. It didn't really widen any career options for her because of the gap in time with immigration, NNAS etc (she had to take a refresher course and it took her longer). I would think it will be better if you get licensed first then work as a RN while going through the Master's program to gain seniority and widen your options
