I was hoping someone might have some insight on my situation.
I am a Canadian citizen and moved to Australia and decided to do a Masters in Nursing. I have previously done a Bachelor of Science and I come out of the masters as an RN.
I would like to return to Canada after and have heard many mixed reviews. I know I am missing obstetrics and I have looked into doing bridging courses in Toronto.
If you want to work in Canada as a RN, you are be better off attending school in Canada. Internationally educated nurses face numerous assessments, spend a lot of time and money trying to get licensed in Ontario, thousands of IENS apply but never become licensed as RNs in Ontario.
